Package came in a very rough condition however I was not missing any parts or hardware, everything came together rather easy. Did notice two minor spots where the paint chipped off. Over all im happy with the rack.

I was worried about wind noise and wobble, but this rack is solid at 70+ mph. With everything strapped down through the rope holes, nothing shifts or whistles.
