Great kit, add stairs in a day

I used two kits (4 stringers) to open up my back porch. Hardest part was the concrete bolts. Make sure you take the sleeve off and test fit before to tap it in. Dust packs in the bottom of the holes and stops the bolt short. I found it easier to install stringer on pavers, then level and bolt to porch. I used 2”x12”x16’ and they fit great. The screws did work. I pre-drilled very small holes and hand started. I used and ratchet, 1/4 socket ,and Phillips head bit (tapped in) to tighten. Was an one day project and made a big impact.

I did have to make the holes in the brackets bigger. The bolts provided were too wide to fit through

Sturdy and looks great

Just installed these on my back deck stairs. They were exactly as described - heavy duty steel. The powder coat finish seems tough. Went on with concrete screws in about an hour for two steps. Really neatens up the whole look. Very pleased so far.
