Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is my 4th mini split I've installed on the house and just wanted one of the cheapest units I could find. Found this at $387 with a good SEER rating. The price has gone up a little since I bought mine, but I'd still recommend it.Cooling ability:Installed this in my daughters room and it's held temps in Arizona 110+ without breaking a sweat. Real quiet and sips energy. I also like how the unit has both vertical and horizontal fan swings to help send the cool air throughout the room.

Easy to install as long as you know what your doing. Has run for several days with no issues. Keeps our back kitchen area cool. My only suggestion is the condensation line to divert water could be a more heavy-duty line. I will replace it with carflex tubing.

I Installed this in my garage. Was about 85 in my garage when I first turned it on and immediately felt the temp dropping in the entire garage after turning it on. Lots of fan power. Hooking it up to the app was very simple.
