This portable air conditioner was just what my home small office needed. If you take calls like I do from home, you will need noise canceling headset so the fan noise doesn't interfere. None of my clients ever hear the air conditioner through my microphone! That's what is most important to me! Keeps my room at a comfortable temperature and I love how easy it was to setup!

For the price, you get strong cooling, a proper dehumidifier, and simple controls. In a 1‑bed rental or dorm room, it feels like a smart, very Canadian‑summer kind of purchase.

On max fan it’s definitely noticeable, especially during quiet movies. We usually blast it on high for a while, then switch to low or sleep and it maintains the temperature fine.

My Montréal studio is under 300 sq.ft and this is the perfect size. Fan on low plus cool keeps it comfortable while I work from home, and I can still hear client calls.

2 floor house with central AC. Thermostat is downstairs. The lower floow stays perfectly cool and comfy, but the upper floor where my office is can be downright unbearable. 10 or more degree difference.Got this to keep in my office and it's doing the job perfectly. I bought some weatherproof tape to seal up the window part real good and this thing is doing a heck of a job keeping me comfy in here.

On really hot days our central AC can’t keep the upstairs cool. We roll this into the main bedroom, hook up the hose, and it takes the edge off within about twenty minutes.
