We got this unit to put in our side room for extra cooling bc this room get the most sun and all. This has been a great portable a/c. It cools the room down very quickly. The price that it costed was definitely a steal for the money. I am sure the price will go up soon. The other good thing about this air unit is it’s very quiet. The design is modern style. It’s has a lot of cool features and is very well self explanatory to put together.

Have no complaints about this AC unit. It wheels around well, but the exhaust flex tubing is very rigid; but you can reshape it if you have to relocate the unit.I have it in my work area in my garage, I stay cool in my work area but it doesn't affect the rest of the garage.Overall the controls and remote are great.

Works fantastic. Keeps the area nice and cool. Removes so much water from the air! I had to dump a 5 gallon bucket twice in one day. There are 2 options for draining, continuous or manual, both are in the instruction. The machine shuts itself off if you don't have it draining. It didn't overflow at all. I haven't had any issues with it. The instructions are pretty basic. It is heavy, but what air-conditioner isn't. The fan mode works decently, and the dehumidifier option is great!

Is is the best one on the market, probably not - but, I’m using it now, and it will help drop a small room down a couple of degrees.I did initially think the hose drain would not be needed, but it is easier just to have it discharged either in a bucket, or outside. You also must put the vent in correctly, so that the hot air circulates out correctly. It’s sleek, digital controls. Second summer - I will update when needed.

IV bought the 14k black too for my upstairs works great had it for a month not one drop of water out of it yet I even bought a small sump pump to push out the water and haven't even got to try it out yet and my upstairs is a attic converted into bedrooms so during the summer it gets really warm and so far the 14k has held up pretty good very happy with it
