The chair seems nice and high quality. However, your web site is almost entirely focused on sales and very little on support. I submitted a support issue 2 days ago and have not herd back. The chair had 4 transparent plastic sleeves over the parts where the legs fit on to the frame. I was hesitant to cut these off but the parts would not fit together with them on. There was no mention of this in the 1 page (way too short) manual.

This chair is perfect, just a little bit of rock, a good cushion and terrific form. I will spend hours on my deck in it. Great for napping, knitting and reading. It was very easy to assemble, although having a second set of hands was useful. Very sturdy.

I am not a professional, at all, when it comes to putting furniture together. I was able to put this chair together in less than an hour. I also found the instructions to be easy to read and easy to follow. Everything I needed, for assembly, came with the chair. I sit in it all the time and so do my children. This chair can fit the both of my children together. I have it in my room so I can sit up when I don't feel like laying down. It was a great buy and could be used outdoors as well!

The steel frame feels solid and the chair doesn’t wobble. Cushion is soft enough for long reading sessions.

Beautiful and well made I love it !! So worth it. I’m 5’8 and weigh 293 I’m able to comfortably curl up sit indigenous style stretch out lay to the side. The chair feels so sturdy. It takes two people to put it together however if your a guy one man can do it.

I love these chairs so much! I got them because I saw a video of a woman sitting in one who was 6ft tall and the chair enveloped her. Ordered them right away. They were covered earlier than the delivery date and (according to my husband) easy to assemble, although a bit time consuming (about 1 hr per chair). I've spent so much more time on our patio now that these chairs are here and so has the whole family. They are sturdy, rock very nicely, look exactly how advertised, and are very cozy. I'm 6ft tall my self, and my husband is 6'6 and the chairs fit us both great. My 5 year old can squeeze in for a cuddle too. I just LOVE these chairs!

My only wish is for the cushion to be thicker where your butt sits. Besides that, this is the best purchase I have made for myself in a long time. So cozy, so many naps have been had already. Just make sure you follow the instructions thoroughly, if it is more like a bowl instead of a chair, you've put the legs on wrong.
