Happy with performance and warranty

So far everything works as advertised and it’s very quiet. Nice to know there’s a 5‑year warranty behind it, which helps when you’re investing in a mini split for the long term.

Solid heating in shoulder seasons

We don’t use it as primary heat in deep winter, but for spring and fall it’s fantastic. Takes the chill off without cranking the furnace and keeps our living room comfy.

Great for unpredictable spring weather

In Vancouver the weather is all over the place. We’ve been switching between heat and cool in the same week and this unit handles it effortlessly. Efficient and easy to live with.

Impressive temperature control

The temperature holds very steady compared to our old window unit, no more freezing then sweating. It quietly ramps up and down instead of blasting on and off. Huge upgrade.

Perfect size for our condo den

We use it in a 400 sq ft den that gets full afternoon sun. The AC cools it down in minutes and the fan‑only mode is nice when you just want some air moving.

I converted the garage into a studio and this unit keeps it cozy even when it’s nasty outside. Takes a bit to warm up on really cold days but once it’s going, it’s comfortable.

Good unit, app control would be nice

Cooling and heating performance are both strong, no complaints there. I just wish there was built‑in Wi‑Fi or an app option. Remote works fine but smart control would be handy.

Compact outdoor unit is a plus

Appreciate how small the outdoor unit is on our townhouse balcony. Doesn’t crowd the space and still pushes plenty of heat in winter. Looks neat and tidy from the street.
