Completely exceeded my expectations for a 0.75-ton utility hoist. This hoist is exceptionally solid and handles lifting heavy shop components effortlessly. The G80 chain feels like it will last forever. I am dropping one star only because the directional lever switch (up/down/neutral) was a little stiff to toggle with work gloves on out of the box, but it loosened up after a few uses.
