The wheelchair is great. I had gotten it for my Mom. She was able to wheel herself around and it easily folds. It works as advertised. The costumer service was great when I need help to replace the joystick when it had stopped working. I had used the 1 year warranty that comes with new product.

I am able to put it in the vehicle by myself (female), the battery comes out and can be charged in the house. It is really fast and can be slowed down as well for indoors. I recommend this one for anyone needing one! Also the chair is comfortable and easy to learn to maneuver. Actually kinda fun having mobility again! ❤️

Easy to assemble. Easy ride .

This is my husband‘s first time with an electric wheelchair, and HE LOVES IT! It has been such a game changer for him, and he is enjoying it tremendously. It‘s lighter than his other non electric wheelchair so loading it in the car is a breeze. It was important to get one that can be folded and loaded easily! Plenty of power, and the maneuverability is excellent...even in tight spaces. My daughter did the assembly, and she said it was easy. I asked him if he feels safe and stable in it and he said absolutely. Why did we wait so long?!!

Have been very pleased with this purchase. My husband has found it comfortable and stable. The battery life is sufficient for his needs. I do have an extra cushion when he is using for a long time but for normal use the cushion that came with it is fine. I needed something light enough for me to be able to load and unload. I am 79 years old and 5 feet tall and I am able to lift this in and out of the back of our suv. Very easy to take it off the battery power and push it myself if necessary.

Bought this wheelchair for my mom who is completely immobile. She has a large custom fit motorized wheelchair she used daily. I had a wheelchair lift on the back of my vehicle but it made me nervous on every bounce of the rough roads and interstates. My mom had seen someone with this type wheelchair. She likes to be under her own electric power and not pushed in a manual wheelchair.This wheelchair has been the best thing for me as her chauffeur. It is easy to fold and put into the car. It is a smaller version of her large wheelchair. I did buy gel seat and back cushions because my mom is very thin and the seat/seat back are very firm. The gel pads works great.The only issue I have been able to find is that sometimes in higher speeds the front wheels get a little squirrelly. She kind of swerves a little bit getting it back under control. However, that would not deter me from purchasing this wheelchair again! Every time we use it out somewhere I am so thankful I purchased this wheelchair.

Great size and easy to use. Quality is very good overall, but when folded doesn’t have a way to keep locked into folded position. Doesn’t stay closed while being carried. Works on carpet or grass when in higher power setting.

Comfortable and helps me be mobile.
