Works great as a fence underlayment

I bought 100 ft of the 6ft tall and it’s absolutely perfect for what I was looking for. I’m using this behind my privacy fence to block light from showing through the gaps in the fence board. This fence design is called venetian fencing and it’s very popular in the CA. I haven’t seen any videos of people building them here in the CA but I think this stuff is perfect for it. I do recommend getting enough to do a double layer because light will shine through a single layer slightly. This stuff feels kind of like felt, cuts relatively easily and doesn’t appear to fray.

I've used tons of this geotextile fabric. From gravel driveway, garden areas, pathways, to under my deck. Very durable and easy to roll out.

Good value and quality.

We used under geo grid in a horse paddock. Worked well and much better pricing for better quality than we could find locally.

Good Fabric, Use Enough Staples

The material is sturdy and easy to work with, but the long sections need plenty of landscape staples to stay secure during installation.

Easy to Cut and Install

The green guide lines made it easy to keep each cut straight. I installed the fabric under mulch around my flower beds, and water passed through without pooling.

Great Value for the Size

This roll offers a lot of coverage for the price. The three-foot width worked especially well for narrow beds and pathways around my backyard.

Water Drains Through Well

We had heavy rain a few days after installation, and the water passed through the fabric into the soil. I covered it with bark mulch for a neat finish.

I used this fabric beneath a gravel walkway after clearing and leveling the soil. It was easy to trim around the edges and has stayed securely in place.

The 3 ft × 600 ft roll covered several garden paths with plenty left over. The material feels durable and stayed flat once secured with landscape staples.
