This is an excellent deal. I ordered two tubes to install on these tires when they came into my surprise the tires came with tubes and flaps already installed. Just had to unbolt my rims and slide them over these tires. Easiest tire change I have ever done great value and fast shipping.

Good for the price only issue was I think one had been returned as the tube flap was pulled out of it and ripped where it goes over the stem. I made it work hopefully will hold up.
