This thing's great—sturdy, too—and perfect for those little jobs where a ladder just won't cut it. Practise with it a bit and get a feel for keeping it level while you raise and lower it before you put it to work.

This is a pretty good cage, and it’s easy to assemble. The steel is a bit flimsy/lightweight, but it’s sufficient if you make a few small mods with a drill. You can see the two braces I installed for the top rack. There were no washers in the bag, so be sure to add them everywhere. The bolts aren’t stainless steel. It does come with a tie-off point, and all in all, it’ll work well for small jobs. Just make sure to fasten it securely to the rear fork bracket on the tractor or skid steer so it doesn’t slide off during operation.

Stable when mounted and used carefully.

I would give this 6 stars if I could. OK, we've only used it once but we love it. We were able to pick 2 bushels of fruit then clean our gutters before lunch! I've never been a fan of ladders but at 75 I especially don't feel safe. Both my wife were comfortable aloft and had much better footing. My only regret is that we didn't find it sooner. We still plan to trim the trees, paint the barn, etc.

Oh, by the way, I ordered this on Saturday and it came the following Tuesday. It was fully assembled out of the box. It folds and unfolds in seconds. I can store it on edge, strapped to the wall, of course. For the price it was a steal, all steel. :) Cheaper than a good ladder.

Saves space when not in use.

This is a practical safety cage, not a lightweight accessory. The welds and overall frame feel ready for shop use, and it makes elevated jobs feel more controlled.

We have used it several times for warehouse maintenance. It locks in well with our forklift setup, feels stable under normal use, and folds away better than expected.

Sturdy platform for occasional shop use.

We use it for ceiling fixtures and warehouse checks. The guardrails feel strong, and the floor gives enough room to stand comfortably while keeping tools nearby.

Good for lights, signs, and higher shelves.
