Tested it on a warm weekend run to the cottage ahead of Canada Day. Kept popsicles and drinks frozen the whole drive. Being able to run it off the wall outlet once we arrived made setup really simple.

The fridge feels rugged and handled gravel roads no problem. I do wish the latch had a bit more tension, especially when we’re bouncing around. So far it hasn’t popped open, but it’s something I watch.

We didn’t want a giant fridge taking up all the cargo room. This 18L size hits a sweet spot—more than a basic cooler, but still easy to move and pack around strollers and gear. Cooling is quick and consistent.

Sits under the bench seat in our DIY van and has been trouble‑free. Quiet enough to sleep beside and doesn’t draw too much from the house battery. Love that it can actually deep freeze if we want it to.

Compared to some of the big‑name 12V fridges, this one is much more affordable but still delivers strong cooling. Build quality is decent and the controls are straightforward. Great entry into car fridges.

Left it in the car while visiting friends in Winnipeg in mid‑June heat. Inside of the car got toasty, but the fridge held temp and the drinks were still frosty when we got back. Very impressed with the insulation.

Used this on a trip involving both a long ferry ride and several hours of driving. Switched from wall power in the cabin to 12V in the car without touching the temp. Everything stayed cold the whole way.

Dropped it once while loading (oops!). The heavy‑duty shell shrugged it off. Latches are solid and the insulation is thick. Feels premium.

Took a bit to figure out the battery protection levels and ideal settings, but once dialed in it’s been very reliable. Cool‑down time is impressive, and it doesn’t cycle on and off constantly.
