This is my first raised bed for my patio. The cedar smells devine and my husband had no problems assembling the bed. I was very pleased with the quality, although some pieces of the wood slats could have been thicker.The casters on the bed works great. The bed is light, but once the potting soil is added, it sits firm in place, plus the casters can be locked.The bed is beautiful, as you’ll see in the picture.

These are the BEST raised beds EVER! Hubby and I were able to put these 2 together in record time. Directions were very easy to read. Having wheels will make an incredible difference when they need to be moved, etc. The liner and underliner are of great materials and expect these to last throughout at least a couple of seasons if not more. Great purchase, very pleased! 5 STARS!

The cedar looks nice on my patio and the height is way easier on my back. I planted lettuce and basil the same day it arrived.

I am very impressed with the generous size of this wooden raised bed planter box.Pros:1. Beautiful wood grain with what appears to be a shiny protective coating.2. Adequate size - I measured 22 3/4” wide x 47” long x 11” deep and 29” in height.3. Nice storage shelf below planter box4. Fairly easy to assemble5. Two fabric liners included6. Gold finish tacks to hold fabric liner in place7. Locking wheels for moving the planter if need be.Cons:1. Several screws would not go in all the way for some reason. I don’t think it will affect the integrity of the planter.2. There could be a few more decorative brass tacks to hold the liner in place. We will just secure it by using a few small nails. Again, just a minor inconvenience.Overall I’m very happy with the raised bed planter and can’t wait to use it next growing season.Update: Number 1 under cons is no longer a concern. It turns out the screws that did not go in all the way were a result of not enough strength since my son was able to get the screws in all the way.

The directions are clear. A power drill is important.

A lot of pieces, but take your time to organize and it comes together perfectly.

Rugged but it takes a long time to put together. I also treated the wood with mineral oil. There is a gap in the bottom slats which I‘m not sure is intentional but will serve our purpose to help with drainage. I added landscape fabric in the bottom and topped with dirt and we already planted our Spring lettuce. If it works well for the entire season as I anticipate, I may purchase a second one for next year because it is just the right height for gardeners who would otherwise have difficulty stooping down to the ground.

Excellent product. East to assemble. Well made. Highly recommend.
