Worked perfectly for my gyro pit. Had around 25lbs of lamb on it.

I cooked a whole lamb about a 45 pound lamb on the spit. It was fantastic. I took whole lemons, a lot of whole garlic, parsley and basil, rosemary, and thyme, and ground it all up and made a paste marinated my whole lamb overnight with it left it in the refrigerator kind of like to air dry it was unbelievable and I cooked it on this. It was easy. The cleanup was easy and oh my gosh, I had 100 people there.

This is a sturdy rotisserie kit! We were surprised how good it worked. We used this Christmas to cook a 35 lb pig, and we were not disappointed! I highly recommend this rotisserie kit. It's well made, and is reasonably priced.

I installed this rotisserie kit today as soon as it arrived, and I am really impressed. The setup was simple, the motor runs smoothly, and it held the chicken very securely. It roasted evenly and came out with a perfect crispy skin. The build quality feels solid and the rod is sturdy. So far, it is working exactly as expected. Very happy with this purchase!

We have used this a couple times now and have had no problems with it. We used it for a lamb and it fit perfectly. We did make a second rod that was a little longer for the 50 lb pig we cooked but with a smaller pig you would not have any problems! I like that it is easy to put away and does not take up a lot of space for storing but seems to be pretty sturdy for actually roasting. Overall I think it is worth the money!

Windy backyard nights used to be rough. The screen and vents make the fire predictable, so the cook stays on schedule.

The 4 height settings (about 7.5 to 17 inches) make a big difference. I could sear early, then raise it for a long roast without drying the meat.

I gave it a try two times so far and it works good.

Feels solid, especially the spit and frame. The wheels lock in place, so it did not shift around on my patio.
