Didn't need the gloves. Took a little bit to figure out sequence of parts. Would be nice if they were numbered. Also, figuring out, exactly, how to attach each piece was tricky at first, but once I did the parts slid together very easily. I inserted a screw after I attached each piece so they stayed together. I used the supplied screws to attach it to my deck and threshold. Other than a few negatives regarding instructions, I really like this ramp.

Was easy to install just make sure that you get the right height. Works great I’m very happy with it.

Very easy assembly, very sturdy, I would recommend buying the highest ramp, and it is able to be shortened if needed, but would have for portability

I am pleased with this ramp. I needed the 5in rise and it fit perfectly(see pics). I gave it 4 stars because the only issue for me was the screws don't seem to secure the pieces really tight. That's only a problem if you have to move the ramp off your doorstep when not in frequent use. My nephew can visit now. Both him and his motorized chair are very heavy and the ramp supported them well. It was well worth the 70something dollars I paid for it.
