Efficient and good quality appliance.

The Ice Crusher is a very good quality, commercial grade appliance. The set up was easy and took approximately 10 minutes. The instructions manual is easy to understand and follow. The quality of the components, metal parts and acrylic is very good. The appliance appears to be very sturdy and well made. It is a large machine and will produce a lot of shaved ice in minutes. The crusher makes crushed ice very fast and efficient. It is a very versatile appliance and can be used to make ice for drinks, ice cones and many other applications. We did not notice any leakage during use. Great value for the money.

Great addition to our food truck

Space is tight, so the small footprint is huge for us. It cranks out more than enough ice for slushies and frozen lemonades on hot days.

Great for home tiki nights

We host tiki nights and this thing makes perfect crushed ice mountains for fancy drinks. Definitely feels like a pro setup now.

Worth it for busy households

We entertain a lot, so this actually gets used more than I thought. Kids do snow cones, adults do frozen drinks, and nobody is waiting on ice.

Good, but a bit messy if overfilled

If you pack too much ice in at once, some chips bounce out when you open the lid. Once we learned to feed smaller amounts, it stayed much cleaner.

Perfect for ice snow cones!

This was an absolute HIT in my neighborhood for icy snow cones. It is a commercial size so it can serve a lot of kids at one time which was exactly what I was looking for. It has a large capacity tub that holds lots of shaved ice in it. You can even pick different types of crushed ice to suit your needs. It was very easy to get set up in the instruction manual was easy to follow with clear writing and pictures. Not to mention how easy it was to clean it and maintain it.

Crushes ice insanely fast

This thing chews through ice way faster than our last machine. We can keep up with a busy crowd and still have a full bin of fluffy ice on standby.

Works well for seafood raw bar

We shave ice coarser and mound it under oysters and shrimp. Holds temp nicely and looks professional.
