For a 9QT electric unit with two half pans and temp control, the price feels very fair.

Reliable temp control and display

The adjustable 86–200°F range with the little display makes it easy to keep food hot but not overcooked. Great for church potlucks where things sit out for a while.

Nice but it wobbles

It's great, So you have to fill it with hot water, for the best and fastest warm time. I think I warmed the water for about 15 min to get it to the temperature I wanted. I couldn't give 5 stars because it wobbles. I was looking for adjustable feet but there's none. Don't have time to send it back so I will stick a folded piece of paper under one side.

Two pans, flexible menu

Really like the 2×1/2 pan setup. I usually do rice in one side and a curry or pasta in the other, and it keeps both evenly warm without hot spots or boiling over.

I bought this as a late Christmas gift for a co-worker. When it arrived and I saw the box, I wanted to order one for myself. When I presented this to her, she absolutely loved it. It is actually larger than I expected and better looking. The plus is that this can also be a buffet warmer. I like to entertain and I have some of these food warming trays. She had a New Year's brunch for female friends and I noticed that she had all these aluminum trays on the table but she loves to entertain. So, I said this would be perfect for her. She loves it and I was very impressed by it too and even considering ordering me one if I can find a place to put it without my husband finding out....LOL.
