With a 10% discount code, it made buying directly from the Garvee site cheaper than the same product online from Walmart.ca I received product promptly. Quality and finish look great. The colour was a bit more yellow than appeared online and therefore does not match my faucet and other gold accents. When emailing to initiate a return, offered a $10 credit to keep or I'd have to pay for return shipping. Currently in process of getting the return label sent to me. Would have been much easier to purchase from Walmart due to return policy. If you are sure you'll be keeping the purchase, seems to be a good place to purchase from but if in question, from my experience and many back and forth emails, Garvee may not be the best option. Since product has not been returned as yet, I am unsure how quickly my refund will show up. Product 5 star... Ease of return and customer service - 3 star possibly less (yet to be determined if I actually get my money back) Some BBB reviews state to use PayPal as safeguard.
