It came in good condition.it has a million parts , it took hours to put together

We bought this for our elderly dog so she could find some peace from our twin toddlers. It's really attractive and is made well. The pieces are heavy and durable. My only complaint is that it takes 2 people a few solid hours to put this together. The directions were detailed, it's just a lot of small screws, etc that have to be put in place. Also, it's more beige to me than grey, but I like that look.

This dog crate turned out really nice. Goes with my decor. Its big enough for my two dogs, one a chiweenie the other a small to medium mutt. They like it and have enough room. The two main reason I picked this specific crate is 1: matches my decor (I did switch the gold knobs to silver ones), 2: metal bars. I had an all wooden one but my chiweenie puppy chewed right through the bars. So far I haven't had any issues with that. I will say for the down side and why I gave it 4 stars in place of five, one it takes a long ass time to put together. For me 40yr old female it took 4 1/2hrs. Instructions are pretty straight forward except for knowing by the instructions which side door goes on which side, and it does make a difference for the drawers to work. So that was a pain having to redo it. The second reason as you can see there was a little damage on the top from shipping, the box did get damaged during transit and it damage that one small spot. Its not so big that I will return it but it is a slight annoyance. But overall I do really like this crate and plan on using it for many years.

We replaced a camper loveseat. It was a perfect addition!

When I received the order, the box was a little damaged. On opening, the contents were a mess with all the small parts on the top layer. Some broken and had to return and order a new one. The second order came on the same condition with no broken parts. It appears the shipping box is not adequate for the weight, 175 lbs. Finished product went together well, although time consuming. The crate looks and works great.

I have a 2 boxer dog and they both fit into this dog grate, the color and quality is good, I leave the center divider out because my dogs like to be together

Took a little over 2 hours to put together with 2 people, but well worth it!

This dog kennel was a bit pricey, however, I think it's worth it. It's very well made, easy to put together and really looks like a piece of furniture. No one notices that it's a dog kennel until I tell them. I did build it without the divider. I wanted my rabbit to have plenty of room while he's locked in. I have no need for the two side doors but I love the two drawers at the top so I can store his food and treats, etc. I highly recommend!

While there were a few issues with this product, I’d still buy it again!First, the box was really beat up and had several tears and punctures. I am of the opinion that most of the issues were caused in shipping.One handel was scratched and the screw to that handel was severely bent and unusable. We turned the Handel upside down to hide the missing paint.The other main problem was the coupling for one of the center feet came out, which meant the screw had nothing to grab on to, to install the foot. A few carpenter tricks with baking sodas and super glue solved that issue!Now for the good things…. This crate makes a gorgeous tv stand! The dogs love it and even the cat enjoys it when the doors are open!The drawers are huge with a permanent divider. All our pet meds, treats, eye wipes, and doggie clothes fit in three sections. This leaves one section for flash lights, charging cords, and other items with room left over!Our 4 dogs are small so there’s room for two of them in one kennel. The center divider can be opened to make it one large unit.This is a godsend when we have deliveries or we’re bringing things in and out of the house. Little dogs can easily escape. I know they’re safe if they are in the kennel when I open the door.
