After my husband had a heart attack, his health weakened significantly so I started focusing more on building on a home gym to help improve his overall health. I found this machine, which fits our budget perfectly, folds compactly, and offers multiple functions. This instructions are very detailed, and there is even a video guide for assembly. The frame is very study and materials are high quality. After each workout, it can be folded and stored without taking too much space. It also comes with various accessories such as a tricep rope, triangular pull handle, low pull down bar or lat pull down bar, allowing for a wide variety of exercises. My husband is very happy with this new workout equipment, especially as a more exciting alternative to the boring treadmill.

This machine is great for a home gym. It’s sturdy, smooth to use, and allows you to do many different exercises. The pulley system works well and the setup was easier than expected.

The rowing machine and pulldown station works great. I especially like the rowing machine. My preschool son can also use the rowing machine. It does not occupy much space but powerful. It‘s also easy to install and easy to use.

The last rowing machine i had was taken by hurricane flooding last year and had very low resistance. Ya can‘t beat weights for resistance. Plus this one does more than one trick. Took me a minute to realize the feet pads mount on the back of the rail, and it’s sturdy. Using dumbbells will limit the olympic weight usage, and the weight bar is long enough to use both in a limited way with the clamps. It’s good to have options.

Instruction quality is the best I‘ve seen across many home gym assembly. The steps a very clear, the hardware set up is very well organized. The only area that could use improvement was step 7, which includes stringing the wire through the pulleys. You start threading from back to front. The front in has a black ball. The back just has a hole to connect to the device using a bolt. And the letter labels should be on the equipment themselves, not the bubble wrap. I peeled each label off the bubble wrap and placed them on the corresponding equipment part so I would not get confused. I suck at assembling stuff and this took a little over three hours, which is pretty fast for me. After assembly I tested it out and I loved it! Smooth. Just what you’d expect from one like at a commerical gym. Buy it and get strong.

Using it as a stand alone unit without the entire fold down seat rail attached for kneeling lat pulldowns, 200+lbs of plates and no issue.

I bought this on the cheap, not expecting much. I am very happy with it. As stated, it does not take up too much space. It‘s sturdy and a good value for the money. I use it every day. Go ahead and pull the trigger on this one.

Shipped quickly. Arrived early. Assembly was easy with very clear instructions. Wide and stable. Flexible for a large variety of exercises. The size is perfect for small spaces. It is very stout and worth the price. Compared to the other cable machines I considered this one is far and away better in every area. The accessories are fine for home use. It is not heavy or difficult to move into place. If there is one thing I‘d recommend is that you purchase a few more carabiners to make switching up easier. Not necessary, just convenient. 100% happy.
