In my true opinion, this company did an outstanding job with their customer service.My husband and I had purchased the red, white, and blue flag canopy w/2side walls. The canopy was delivered pretty fast too 😊Due to some unforseen circumstances tho we needed to return the item as we were unable to use the canopy legs from one of the legs being dented just enuff to where we were unable to extend the canopy fame to its full potential. The company wrote me right back apologizing and very willing to make things right.They were very kind offering to send a whole new canopy, to keep the damaged one since the fabric of it was in great condition and durable and they'd get to work finding a good replacement for us. Their communication w me was amazing, getting back to me continuously every time they had a question for me as well as when they found a canopy that was checked over and offering to send me including a picture of what we wud be getting. My husband and I were pleased with what they found for us so the company got the canopy sent out right away, giving us a tracking number for it. It arrived in just a few days once again 😃The new canopy is in great condition, the legs, the fabric is well made, durable with this product as well as the flag canopy. Both canopies came w all the items u need to set it up and keep it sturdy in wind or whatnot. The Velcro is thick and sticky to where it won't come undone in bad weather. Overall we are pleased with the outcome because of your company. Thank you for your understanding and awesome customer service. Thank you for your honesty and communication. Took this on a weekend camping trip and it worked great as our hangout spot. Easy setup, good airflow, and the walls helped in the morning breeze.

Setup took less than 5 minutes with one person. The included sandbags and stakes keep it anchored, even with some wind. The sidewalls add nice privacy too.

The frame feels sturdy and not flimsy.

I got this to use while at my vending booth at farmers market. Sets up easy and comes down easy what sucks is you can't get the canopy into the bag with frame. I had to get another bag to house my canopy. Very nice when set up.

The UPF 50+ fabric really makes a difference on sunny beach days. Plenty of shade for our group of 8, and the tent feels sturdy and cool thanks to the vented roof.

I used the higher setting for a standing food table setup and the lower one for a casual backyard movie night. Nice to have the extra flexibility.

This is one of those purchases that just makes outdoor plans easier. Quick to put up, enough room for people, and easy to pack away after.
